There are a number of ways you can get involved and support our efforts:
Korean-English Translation
Share Resources
Connect us with bilingual (Korean and English) interpreters or translators willing to volunteer some of their time.
Help us understand the history of Eastern Social Welfare Society. Send us any resources such as newspaper articles, pamphlets, organisational reports that shed light on Eastern’s practices.
Share Your Story
Discuss Your Files
Get in touch if you were adopted through Eastern and wish to share your – and/or your Korean original family’s – story and perspective with the media.
Contact us if you were adopted through Eastern and wish to discuss inconsistencies in your files/paperwork and any other concerns you have with the adoption process.
Please note: The application period for Korea’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission closed on 9 December 2022. At this stage, they will not be accepting any further cases.
